Christina Linardatou is a two-time WBO World Champion and the first woman in the history of Greek professional boxing to win a world title from a major international boxing organization.
Born in Santiago, Dominican Republic and raised in Greece, she dedicated her life to the pursuit of development, discipline and continuous improvement. Through years of hard work, international competitions and relentless effort, she has established herself as one of the most important athletes to have represented Greece in professional boxing.
Her path is characterized by her perseverance in facing the greatest challenges. In her career, she has competed against some of the world’s top athletes, gaining international recognition and respect for her fighting spirit, resilience and dedication to the sport.
At the height of her career, while holding a world title, she made the difficult decision to vacate the belt when she became pregnant with her son, Apollo. Instead of seeing motherhood as the end of her journey, she saw it as the beginning of a new chapter, with a promise to herself: that one day she would return to the ring.
Today, as a mother, athlete and businesswoman, she continues to pursue new goals, proving that the greatest battles are not fought only under the lights of a stadium, but also in everyday life, through responsibilities, sacrifices and the perseverance to continue when conditions become difficult.
In parallel with her athletic career, she invested in her education and personal development. She is a certified boxing and kickboxing coach, while she has studied aesthetics and has been trained in the fields of fitness, personal training and group training. Her philosophy is based on continuous learning and the belief that a person’s development is not limited to sports, but extends to knowledge, self-improvement and personal growth.
In addition to her competitive work, she is the founder of Medusa Entertainment and the creator of the Medusa Boxing Series and Medusa Warriors. Through events, workshops, community actions and the Beyond the Ring philosophy, she seeks to transfer the lessons that sports have taught her to people of all ages and professions.
For Christina, sports are not just a career. They are a tool for transformation. A reminder that no matter how many times you fall, you always have the strength to get up again.
